Director's Shareholding
Radicle (EPIC: RDP.L), the AIM quoted UK company which owns and operates Australian agribusiness projects, today announces that on 23 July 2009, the Brent Matthew Bennett Family Trust (the "Trust") acquired 18,000 ordinary shares at a price of 8.25 pence per share in the Company.
Following this purchase Mr Bennett's direct holding is 14,840 ordinary shares in Radicle, representing approximately 0.08 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
For the purpose of the AIM Rules, Mr Bennett's family holding, (including the holdings of the Brent Matthew Bennett Family Trust, Managed Growth Australia Pty Ltd (90 per cent. owned by the Kids Only Foods Pty Ltd ATF Bennett Family Trust of which Mr Bennett and his children are beneficiaries), Kids Only Foods Pty Ltd ATF Bennett Family Trust and Radicle Growth LLP (of which Mr Bennett is Chairman and a 10 per cent. partner) holding in the Company is 2,410,298 Ordinary Shares, representing 12.51 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
